Adults with Special Needs
Adults with mental illness or developmental disabilities and their families face significant legal and monetary challenges. The Crawley Law is passionate about helping families plan for vital financial and decision-making support. We advocate for the initial and continued eligibility for adult services and vital government benefits. We represent families in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings and are knowledgeable in all aspects of special needs trusts and powers of attorney to ensure the long-term safety and well-being of special needs adults.
